KIRAN REDDY

Shareholder

Kiran Reddy is Group Chairman and Chief Marketing Officer. He brings experience in marketing, administration and strategy to the Group. Kiran's previous experience includes positions in the advertising and aviation industry, his aim is to bring a global outlook to all the divisions within the Group.
Anil

ANIL NAROTAM

Group Managing Director

Anil Narotam is the Group Executive Director in charge of Strategy, Corporate Finance and Acquisitions. He is the principal Shareholder representative on the Board of each Company. He is a Chartered Accountant (SA) with corporate experience both locally and internationally. Anil has been associated with the Macdonald Holdings Group for over 25 years.
Derona

DERONA HOOSEN

Head of Finance

Derona Hoosen joined Macdonald Steel in April 2015. Her core responsibility focuses around running the Finance and Admin department in the organization. Derona obtained her B Compt Degree from the University of Kwazulu Natal and went on to complete her Articles at Mazars, in Johannesburg. Her commercial experience covers a variety of industries from retail to travel. Her goal is to empower her team and develop them into a worldclass finance department.
Shaun

SHAUN MOMBERG

Head of Sales

With a career spanning over 15 years with various corporate companies, Shaun Momberg’s strength and success has always been at scaling Commercial Sales environments and ensuring competitive sustainability. Shaun graduated from Stellenbosch University and is currently completing his BCom Business Management, part time. Shaun’s enthusiasm and motivational nature, together with his practical experience, has equipped him with the necessary competencies to successfully take charge as Head of Sales for Macdonald Steel.

ETHNEY MCOYI

Human Resources & Transformation Manager

Ethney is originally from KZN and brings with her a wealth of experience in Human Resources field obtained from various organisations in Banking, FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, Shipping, and Events sectors. She also has qualifications in Human Resources management.
